Development & Construction identifies, prioritizes, designs, and constructs capital infrastructure projects to renew and improve the DSG’s substantial assets. These projects together make up the capital Program, which aims to: Ensure that DSG’s assets continue to perform and offer our customers with the safe, fast, and reliable service they expect; Increase capacity to meet growing demand or relieve congestion

• Better amenities would improve consumer satisfaction.
